ERTMS Key Management Utilities

Currently I have posted the first utility for viewing ERTMS SS114 and SS038 messages as wel as use KTRANS key pairs.

The ERTMS SS038 and SS114 Message view utility allows to view an important set of the subset 038 and 114 messages.
The utility is portable and does not require installation or activation. The Microsoft .NET framework version 4.8 (or compatible MONO runtime) is required to be installed.
